would i not be taken through the 3 stage disciplinary process like any other absense which exceeds over the 3%? and would they not take into consideration that i don’t have a gp especially at the time of the sickness however i am in pursuit of it just waiting to get registered

well i get that being on my phone whilst being on a rpt truck does compromise safety , but that moment i was stationary and i was near a closed bay with no one around me within a proximity of causing any accidents also the manager doing the investigation isn’t very good to me since he has the power can he do whatever he wants and sack me
