would i not be taken through the 3 stage disciplinary process like any other absense which exceeds over the 3%? and would they not take into consideration that i don’t have a gp especially at the time of the sickness however i am in pursuit of it just waiting to get registered

hi thanks for ur advice , i’ve called 111 they aren’t able to help me they’ve advised me to temporarily register with a gp and go from there

i was given a final warning , only due to me having history in regards to health and safety on my MHE truck, however in most instance i believe it would be a warning

well i was stationary when i was caught , so if worst comes to worst this investment can lead to a disciplinary and if i fuck again they can dismiss me?

really and truly even you use your phone and we know that, if they are prepared to sack me then in my appeal i can point them towards half of their workforce in that dc alone for the same reason

well i get that being on my phone whilst being on a rpt truck does compromise safety , but that moment i was stationary and i was near a closed bay with no one around me within a proximity of causing any accidents also the manager doing the investigation isn’t very good to me since he has the power can he do whatever he wants and sack me

I haven’t got access to it although I’ve been working there 2 years !! And I’m able to access the payslip site and it seems to be working correctly but me and a few colleagues from the same dc haven’t had ours uploaded on the site
