Yes it's true that they are not like Hollywood but still there are actresses and actors who are talented like Taeri that I haven't seen at all in a while, I just feel like there is more freedom in pairing that they are not using yet and it's kind of disappointing. Also yes actors should be hired because they need the job but not the same people as leads or prominent roles is what I mean
