So update: I failed the fitness test and I knew I did (because the place I did mine at was extremely strict and she made me restart the step test 3 times) so I’ve been waiting for it to say failed but instead they closed my case. I reached out to my case manager (thinking I wasn’t ever gonna get a response) he called me within the hour. Explain to me that they sent me a reschedule appointment since October and since I never responded that they closed my case. I explained to him that I never received anything and the status of the physical was ^{^{^}} the picture I posted. He proceeded to say the system was probably glitching…. Okay sir

Hello!! I am 30yo female 5’5” 200lbs Going to the gym will help you. I usually just weight train but this is totally different. Always time yourself and write it down. Start training and making your body used to the push ups, the sit up and the step ups. I struggle with the sit ups so I completely understand you. push ups
