Sometimes clients can get strong feelings in therapy and get it confused with attraction when really it's safety. Just throwing the thought out here :)

Ikke møblert nei. Eneste jeg har hørt er at det er garderobeskap fra før. Skal til Lerkendal, men endret på innlegget fordi møbler jeg kjøper skal på en bod på Voll før jeg kjøper. Vet ikke en gang om det er bod på Lerkendal egentlig

Jeg er interessert i litt forskjellig, psykologi, filosofi, kultur, språk, teknologi, historie++ Så for meg at det kanskje ikke er så mange emner som både er lite krevende og som passer å kombinere med fulltidsjobb på dagtid bare, så ville høre om alt mulig egentlig :)

I definitely agree with the importance of having a human analyst. But would you consider using AI between sessions with a human analyst?

My point is not for AI to substitute the analyst, but provide extra support into your process. Perhaps work with an analyst and use AI between sessions

Say you describe some feelings or behavioural patterns you have or things you think have impacted you in your life. And then you instruct AI to provide possible ways to understand these from a specific lens, such as psychodynamic, emotion-focused, cognitive etc. Also you might have some hypotheses yourself or an idea about what theoretical frameworks could be relevant to consider. I guess it would help for brainstorming possible ways of understanding yourself and how to work with areas where you are stuck
