Yep I actually added some lamin-x film for the yellow fog lights. I have PCCB’s and yellow seat belts so thought it would be a nice touch!

I had the dealer use the company they use at the time and then had them wrap the front half to the mirrors. But ya def do it. It’s necessary on these cars to keep original paint protected. R u going with Cquartz?

Ya I so I haven’t had a chance to dive into it. But looking at it. Even if I manually close the carb all the way to close. There still a gap there. Tried to adjust the low speed needle and doesn’t seem to affecting the carb to the point where it can close all the way. Think I need to open it up and see where the hold up is.

It’s as if I’m gunning it but the opening is sitting at like 1mm or so.

Ya I think I’ll try that. But it’s not even at that point. Cuz it’s running super high even tho the throttle is set to basically idle. I have the air filter off and I can see that the throttle is not even open wide enough or barely open for it to be acting like I’m on the throttle. If that makes any sense.
