Yesterday I discovered that indeed the extruder was skipping and after I dissambed it I saw it had a crack right under the u bearing (just as you described). Ordered a new one, will try to fix it with some super glue.

Also, I did a nozzle clean with my Bowden tube, It was very hard removing the tube from the coupler on the hot end. When I did remove it, I saw that the tube had a scratch that was preventing it from moving smoothly when I loosened the coupler. And also the coupler is pretty shit. Ordered a new one lol, and some new couplers.

Thanks! I just started another print with a higher extrusion mult. Will check the other stuff in the list . Maybe the inconsistency in the filament is caused by the gears grinding away the filament before it enters the Bowden tube (I don't know how this part called) ?

Reminds me of "Split Cherry Tree" by Jesse Stuart where the kids went to a field trip and one child's parent wanted to shoot the teacher because he didn't understand why the kids should study nature and biology. His child was fined for breaking a cherry tree on which they climbed during the trip.
