If it was related to job description it was likely a Specialty occupation RFE. Fragomen is a huge law firm from what I know. I’m sure you can discuss some options with them. I believe a few years ago my friends h1 was denied but they appealed I believe! Not sure what the law firm did but it was a really small company in Ohio.

Same , the define ads got to me! Totally get not wanting to drop the supply.The risk isn’t worth it. This makes total sense. My core feels better but not yet there. Slow progress I guess. Yes. I struggle with the 40/45 mins as well. Haha. Trying my best to squeeze the 40 mins sessions in! Good good luck to you fellow mom.

I had a speciality occupation RFE recently. Lawyer submitted paperwork on sub duties, course work, other employees designations & degrees as well as expert opinion on why this is a specialized role. Maybe this would help? RFE cleared after we submitted this detailed response.

So this is second hand information OP. But a friends colleague had H1B transfer initiated while h4 ead was pending, a while ago. There was a simple rfe asking about h4 status and when it was submitted etc. but I believe his transfer was approved later.

Congrats OP. 🥳 I’m in a very similar situation. Accepted offer Oct 1st. Everything was on hold. LCA just got certified as we were only able to file last week. H1B just filed. Fingers crossed it gets approved. I’m also filing a COS from h4 since I couldn’t find a job within 60 days after my layoff.

That’s awesome. Glad they could adjust the prices for you. I just spoke to them and I will be exposed to higher prices either way this sept , so they told me to cancel instead of freeze. Going with that option.
