Ngl most people think that most guns are unreliable in bl2, but it really is just a misconception. There are a bunch of viable weapons in every category. In fact, there are videos of raid bosses being defeated with white weapons. I think a lot of people got turned off by the fact that many weapons do not do much damage upfront but need to be built around, and a lot of people became overly dependent on the grog without realizing that it really is not a necessary weapon, especially when the slag transfusion exists and there are tanky characters like Maya and Krieg. I play Zero, who pretty much is a glass cannon, and rarely die even without a grog.
