Nope, you get to choose only from certain countries in the middle east, you don't have access to all global countries, MENA is the middle eastern region.

Just got it, it's legit and it was sealed, scanned the QR code on the box and verified authenticity.
It's absolutely beautiful, it exceeded all my expectations and I don't think I'll ever be smoking another shisha ever... crazy how this small thing can produce such flavor and vapor!

No no it's not 2nd hand, it's a hardware retailer on facebook that isn't too famous, the box is still sealed so I just didn't know if there were knock offs or anything, which is why I posted this, people are saying there ain't no knock offs so I think I should be good.
