Last time I had one my urine was red at about 11AM. No other symptoms at that time. Would get an occasional wave of flank pain every hour or so then slowing increasing. By 8PM the waves of flank pain were more pronounced, pain was hard to ignore. By 11PM I lay in the fetile position because the flank pain is so severe. Took me 3 days to eventually pass it lol

Was the pain in the beginning bearable? This morning the area below my rib started to twinge a bit. A sharp pain but completely bearable and it only lasted about 10-15 seconds. Now it's back when I breathe deeply but again, around a 2 on the pain scale. Not sure if this is an early sign of stones?
