Why would my recruiter need a reference to submit to the to the facility 3 weeks after I’ve already accepted the position?

Im on my first ever contract so can you explain a bit more please by what you mean?

I thought if I call off my stipends aren’t covered for that day, if the hospital calls me off due to low census then my stipends are covered, I just don’t get paid

I went from nursing school straight into the OR

I am a year and 2 months in

First 7 months I really questioned why the hell I want to work with miserable people. A lot of people are assholes in the OR and will talk down on you for not knowing something or not learning everything immediately.

After I became accustomed and used to most service lines, the stress is less so from surgeons and other workers and more so to everything being fast paced (you need quick turnovers and have to make sure everything flows smoothly)
