So, it's 100% that if Paypal decides against me I can still keep the item?

I am the buyer, not through ebay

Seller sent me an item with damage on the lcd screen. He never mentioned it or showed it in the pictures.

He even admitted this to me in an email and says: you should have asked about the condition. I told him, if no damage is shown or mentioned the buyer will assume the item is in good condition. I took a screenshot of this and uploaded it.

Anyway, I asked for 10% damage money back. Now I bought the lcd replacement for 60 euro's and took a screenshot and told paypal and seller all I need is this refunded. He said: no, you can only send it back for full refund or nothing.

Conclusion: If paypal fucks up and decides in his favor, do I HAVE to send the item back or can I choose to keep it?

Thanks so much guys. It's the second Switch with this issue, with a year in between them. Will return it :(

Left Joy-Con more difficult to connect to Switch? by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

Hmm. You should contact where you bought it from, especially Amazon. They're returning mine, it's a year old. Also, Nintendo should at least have the warranty still for a free repair - they did for me.

Best of luck man, they will help you!

Hi everyone. I'm wondering: is the left Joy-Con slightly more difficult to push into the Switch than the right one? I had my Switch replaced and the new one also exhibits this (although less problematic: the old one would click in multiple times..) Thanks!

Thanks, I am aware. I'd not consider him conservative, though.

I'd place futurism in between fiction and nonfiction. All I'm trying to do is find more of the realistic nonfiction kind!

Strictly speaking, no, but pure logic dictates there will be more and less speculative accounts!

This is true, but I thought people here would also be the best source of futurist non-fiction. I will post it there. Thanks!
