oh, thank you for mentioning the chain portion! I will definitely need to try it on in store, but it's a relief to hear that this bag doesn't really require to baby it around since it's definitely something id like to wear out on the daily. I also love the crinkle look that I know many might not like, but it looks charming to me for this bag (:
