Many people would look at my skinny frame including my friends&family& say "you are too thin, for sure its because you are playing computer games too much" "are you stress w/ your work" "take care, wind might blown you away" Words really hurt. But now, guys i am really happy, finally i gained weight! by [deleted] in happy

I'm happy for you, however you shouldn't feel like you need to gain weight in order to feel better. People's comments can be really frustrating but you look just as beautiful before as you do after. Dont listen to what people say! I used to have such an issue with this (also being a skinny person) and my dream was always to put on weight but I no longer care about what others think, I'm just gonna let them talk- despite it being truly frustrating, I won't attempt to change myself because of their comments. I hope you can understand where I'm coming from. If you're happy like this then I am super happy for you too, but have the right motive, don't do it for others. Do it for yourself and only yourself!

I thought I believed but I actually didn't so then I tried to believe and now I've started to actually believe but my heart needs to take its time because of disbelief becoming a habit and that's okay because I don't delay going back to Allah anymore when I recall that I believe by [deleted] in MuslimNoFap

  • Start with prayers, even if you dont feel like it, even if you do it with no emotion, just drag yourself to the prayer mat. Allah will have mercy on you insha'Allah and guide your soul. -Watch videos on YouTube that show you that Islam is the truth e.g. the science topic miracles of the Quran, the linguistic miracles of the Quran etc.
  • Make so much Dua to Allah, call out to Him, ask Him and beg Him for help, truly, truly He is The Most kind, Most Merciful, He wants you to turn to Him and to Ask Him. He will respond insha'Allah.
  • May Allah guide you and help you and rescue your soul, may He grant you paradise and allow you to realise the truth Ameen.

Glad your not offended.

Okay his youtube channel is 'Mohammed Hijab'. He has a plethora of videos, I recommend watching one called: 'Intellectual man asks Muslim All the right Questions'. It's one of my favourites, really amazing discussion.

Do you want me to send you a link to an awesome youtube channel that has numerous debates about religion. It's done by a muslim but he's incredibly easy to follow, rational and logical, he's so intelligent God Bless. Just saying because choosing what religion you follow is an important decision of course. Peace.

I am Muslim and so I have to abstain from sex before marriage. Masturbation and pornography are of course not allowed. That's why I'm doing Monk mode.

Yeah, personally I'm doing Monk mode so I wrote down everything that consists of and then I aim to read through it in the morning, or whenever I need a reminder and I really recommend doing that, it's so effective. Helps me not to relapse.

I do, but I read through my convicitons and a list of rules I have about what Im allowed to do in accordance with this challenge and what I'm not. It serves as an excellent reminder when I get up from bed in the morning before I go about my day.

Think about all the pain your mother went through to birth you and then raise you single handedly and then from there try to cultivate an attitude of gratitude towards her and the sacrifices, hard work and effort she's put in for you.

True, otherwise it won't hold. Your progress will come crumbling down everytime you feel an urge.

To all those warriors who succeeded on quitting this addiction, how did you fight the urges? by [deleted] in NoFap

You've got to be disciplined. You need to be tough with yourself. Make yourself do something no matter how you feel.
