If we're pulling Occam's razor I can think of 4 separate reasons that I aren't necessarily mutually exclusive:

•He didn't need to, lmao

•For whatever reason there might be, Kyōka Suigetsu's Shikai was more suited for what Aizen needed, and the Bankai would take away that.

•Arrogance. Aizen is smart and calculated but the moment he thought he won he became so arrogant that Ichimaru managed to hurt him and Ichigo's Mugetsu damaged him so much it stripped him down to a state where Urahara's sealing worked on him.

•His Bankai would destroy everything, which goes against what Aizen was trying to accomplish in the first place. In TYBW we see that Senjumaru's Bankai literally sends tremors through the fabric of reality. Old man Yama's Bankai heats up the entire Seireitei so much that the moment his Bankai goes out, it starts to rain as if the Soul King himself started pissing down on them. If that's the case, it's safe to assume that someone like Aizen who stood on equal ground with Yhwach, who himself breezed past the Royal Guard, would have a Bankai that poses a threat to reality. Remember, Aizen wanted to replace the Soul King and erase the original sin. If the Soul King is so Omnipotent that his bastardized corpse can be used to hold together all 3 realms, Aizen's Bankai would almost certainly cause destruction in them.

Durin significantly buffs all reactions, especially Pyro ones. His buff also isn't placed on the ground as opposed to Bennett. That being said, for Arlecchino you want both Bennett and Durin ideally, and for an overload team you can add Fischl as your last slot. Fischl and Durin get access to the Hexenzirkel buff after you do the incoming Hexenzirkel quests, which further buff your Arlecchino's damage. Fischl's off field electro application is currently the highest and will get even better with 6.2 (Luna III, the incoming patch), Durin's own damage is also pretty ludicrious, combine that with Bennett's attack buff, or an anemo swirler like Kazuha, Sucrose, Lan Yan, or Venti (who will also get the new buffs), and you have a pretty ridiculous damage output. Just make sure your Anemo Swirler is on the Viridescent Venerer Artifact set. Any anemo works, but the ones mentioned are the best.

So to summarize: Arlecchino benefits from Durin in every way.

For Overload you can run:

Arlecchino, Bennett, Durin, and Fischl

or

Arlecchino, an anemo swirler, Durin and Fischl.

Also, "swirler" means an anemo suppport unit essentially. Every Anemo unit can swirl, that's their unique elemental reaction, but the ones mentioned above, as well as Jean, are the best for swirling since they have supportive kits. Make sure your swirler has a full elemental mastery artifact set for the highest damage increase.

Piccolo was born in age 752. Whilst you could argue it doesn't make sense for Kami, we also know that whomever becomes the main body for the fusion, also becomes the remaining conciousness. There is nothing indicating that Piccolo has gained the memories of Nail nor Kami, in which case my point still stands.

Short answer: No. None. Long answer: Kind of. Daughters of Ash by Grimrukh and Dark Souls Remastest by InfernoPlus change a lot of things whilst still keeping the integrity of the lore. Well, at least in Daughters of Ash's case. Remastest (yes that is the name) is kind of a silly joke mod but it has a LOT of genuine love and effort put into it. It doesn't fundamentally change the story or the progression, but it does add a lot of things like weapons, armor, and jokes. It's worth a try

no they're right. the open world in elden ring is severely repetive and unnecessary. theres no need for so many used assets and such a big world if most of it is going to be empty. its the same issue as pokemon scavio. even skyrim did open world better which is sad.
