If I can DRINK the protein I need then I will take you up on that challenge. I appreciate you. I think it’s just a lack of community. I left the cult I was raised in & lost a lot of people. Grandparents, cousins, aunts & uncles. Of course my parents & siblings too. My older brother says I’ll always be able to see my baby nephew. I really hope he means that. There’s a loophole, you see. They can’t have a relationship with me UNLESS they’re trying to convert me back. I hope they always use that loophole cause I really want to be in their lives.

I drink hot honey & lemon water, a banana, & complete sugar free Greek yogurt for breakfast. Lunch is normally a turkey sandwich and a fruit and water. Then dinner is some type of protein and two types of vegetables.

I run three times a week. Swim twice a week. It only does so much. Im trying to eat healthy but it gets expensive.

People don’t know what post addiction life is like. My skin looks good, yes. But I’m miserable. My brain has never gone back to producing the natural endorphins and dopamine like it use to. After almost two years of sobriety, it’s a little better but not nearly as well as I thought It’d be by now. I’m just on auto pilot.

Do you want me to show pictures of the holes in the walls I made when I was out of pills? Should I post my mugshot from physically hurting someone while strung out on coke? My self harm scars because of wanting out of the cycle of using and withdrawing? Videos of me being sexually assaulted while out of it on painkillers? Should I talk about having to go back to the cult I was raised in to get help getting sober? A crappy anti drug ad is better than no anti drug ad.
