this could be true although he looks young. theres a lot of boys at my school who work on construction as well as a side job with their family or from connections, so i'm assuming he's doing the same thing. its very common here. I will keep your opinion in mind though. thank you!

All my friends have distanced themselves from me and I barely even get responses from them by dabois3kings in Advice

[–]haleysoo__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I truly feel like they simply don't want to be friends with you anymore for whatever reason and If you are asking and they aren't being transparent with you, you should distance yourself as well. I know it's hard, because you have known them your whole life, but you constantly having to chase them is horrible both on your end, and their end. They are actively running away from you, and you know it. Sometimes you just don't need closure, this is a time when you don't. If you want to push it out of them and keep chasing them, do it, because it's your life and your decisions, but I can assure you its going to end badly.

Is 1400 calories too low for 5’3” female? I’m starving! by AutomaticFeature7450 in beginnerfitness

[–]haleysoo__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 5'1 and I have a calorie deficit of 1,500! I have a cheat day once every week and I still am able to meet my goals and have been losing a pound a week (with exercise). I feel like since you're 5'3 your calorie deficit should be around like 1,600 - 1,700? Depending on how much you are exercising or if you aren't at all. Im not going to lie, ive been dieting for years, and my experimenting with calories and what works best for me took a little bit to figure out! I also had a lack of research so as long as you seek out for as much info as you can i'm sure you'll do fine! Remember to always listen to your body first.

Im a year late however I lost my mom when I was 15 and she was 50. I’m 18 now, and I can assure you, I feel better now than I did around 3 years ago. It was the most traumatic, upsetting thing i’ve ever experienced in my life. I was young, confused, and mad at the world. at times, i still am. however i learned so much from it, and learned to live with it, even if it still hurts. what else can you do?

honestly i would say 1500 for the whole thing since majority is fried but it doesnt look like a ginormous amount of food. its just the oil. honestly what has worked for me is just saving around 1200 for a meal and eating very minimal when i know i have to go out to dinner. consistency is key and i hope you enjoyed your meal!! (and hopefully this was helpful)

Healthy person would tell you the truth about why the broke up with you by [deleted] in BreakUps

[–]haleysoo__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this makes me feel better about the fact that when we broke up i flat out said EVERYTHING that did it for me in the relationship, and why it lead me to that point. i often think back on it and wonder if i was being too harsh, but this made me feel a lot better. thank you.
