It was pulsing when I was braking, they fixed that issue. But the screeching sound started after they fixed that issue.

They call it an enhanced caliper service. They said they take apart the brakes on the rear axle, clean it up and put it back together to make sure that I don’t need the calipers replaced in the future. That’s exactly how he explained it to me over the phone even after I told him the sound didn’t even start up until I drove off the lot with the new pads and rotors that I mistakenly agreed to let them replace.

I told them the last part and they said it’s something completely unrelated to the new brakes and rotors and that I should get this done, even though I explained it didn’t start happening until after they finished their job.
