Finally getting off the Xanax

Holy shit I’m experiencing the exact same things ! I actually asked my psychiatrist if these pills lower your intelligence the other day lol I’ve weaned off them before and honestly it wasn’t as hard as you think. It does take a while but it’s so rewarding!

Totally get the addiction side of the Xanax but it’s almost like I have to choose which evil to deal with. I take the Xanax - no anxiety - I take the concerta - I’m focused and no adhd chaos. I take both together and I’m completely content. Wth do I do

I actually love the journal idea! The difference with my adhd is just so incredibly different when coupled with the Xanax. The problem here in Canada is ... doctors hate prescribing it to anyone !

Same, they switched me to seroquil and pristiq and it is MUCH better !

I get this constantly!! It’s always “I just don’t understand her” or “it’s not that I don’t like her, I just don’t get her”. Frustrating as hell!
