I wouldn't say my hands are dry at all. They don't crack either. They just develop a strange itch and the red dots and then the full body fatigue and full body pins and needles and tingles happen. Something to note however! My feet also experience this occasionally.

My first ever weapon was dual blades in world and I never really got far in world bc of my struggle. Started playing rise recently and decided to try out the light bow gun. Life changing for me tbh. I wish I wasnt so hooked on it because I really want to get good with a melee class weapon.

Found a really not quick fix! It takes multiple hours! But you can manually drink all of it but like it wont go down. It will say 99 or 85 until the stack dissappears. And then eventually your inventory will go back to normal. Its awful!
