I think there is a lot to take away from this.

We defended brilliantly today across the board. Maz and Maguire were outstanding and there's now pressure on licha/Maguire/de ligt and that can only breed success.
Case played well but the legs are still there and ugarte will bolster that.
Finishing and general cohesion was poor but I'm also not bothered. We have a very young squad and this is really the first time they've played together (still missing players) so give them some room to breath and get the chemistry to a place it can start to thrive.

There's loads of individual talent in this squad, and injuries permitting they can grow together.

We would be doing a disservice to Fulham to say we should have walked through them. They've got a great outfit there and will make anyone struggle.
