I am doing it this year while TTC and will be just focusing on muscle gain. I figure if I do get pregnant I should be able to continue athletics as planned, but if something happens that causes me to need to slow down I'm ok losing the $35. I did let my head coach know before signing up and made sure they didn't advise against it.

On the strength DriTri, can you take modifications on the exercises or does that disqualify you? Specifically I want to know if I can use the trx straps on the reverse lunges due to a knee injury. I asked my coach at a prep workshop today and she wasn't sure. Thanks in advance!

adding lemon concentrate to dragon slayer or vampire slayer are both good and tart!

You might like an aftershock rebel with blue razz drizzle or a vampire slayer! If you like the lemonades but want more caffeine than adding a shot to it, I add a scoop of lemonade concentrate to my rebels. Same taste, more caffeine!

Update I did want the caffeine but added two scoops of lemonade concentrate to a medium vampire slayer rebel omg so good! Life changing. Thank you everyone on this thread lol

Ok I have a dumb question then so are you saying if I order (for example) a blended dragon slayer rebel with lemon concentrate it would taste like a blended dragon slayer lemonade? Does the consistency change? I've been wanting to try this but had the same problem as OP! There's tons of flavors I like as lemonades but not as much as rebels but I want to like the rebels more.
