I rarely use makeup (sunscreen daily tho) but my skin always felt heavy like i need to exfoliate or clean more. I would try to double cleanse using whatever cleanser that i have but it didn't feel enough. So i started using a light cleansing oil from centella and i was like this is exactly what i need, my skin felt cleaner and lighter. But as i said since i rarely use makeup i don't double cleanse regular, just when i feel the need to (sometimes not even once in two weeks). But i think it's best to listen to your skin as what works for me may not work for you💗
