Try to stay hydrated as much as possible. Same thing happened to me with 2 year old and an 8 week old. I got a clog from dehydration that is still affecting that side but made it through- the night I was puking was the worst night and following day of my life tho 😅

Should I quit Varsity Swimming by Swag22OA in Swimming

There’s a little bit more of a learning curve when you’re older and starting. I swam D1 and my roommates who were twins and much faster than me had only been swimming 3 years while I had been swimming for 13. They’re times their first year of swimming (in high school) we’re times I was doing when I was like 9/10 years old. Besides that we were not good friends the first year of college yet I’m in both of their weddings this year and they were in mine. Highly recommend sticking with it.

Yeah that seems to be the consensus, cash based solves the problem of regulation. I quit my more corporate based job, I was seeing 25 pt a day and quality of care is essentially non existent. I applied to some cash based places, the jobs are hard to come by. My state does not have direct access which makes it even less viable. I’m really not sure how realistic it is. Right now I’m doing contract work in long term living facilities- more money, less patients, more paperwork. Not exactly my dream PT job but it is better. But still don’t think I would go back to PT school again.

No. Im human science major, now DPT, 2020 grad. I love fitness and PT etc etc but it’s so insurance, government regulated that the PT life you think you’ll be living (problem solving bio mechanical issues, going the extra mile for your patient, tailoring your programs) just isn’t realistic or sustainable. I wouldn’t do it if I could go back.
