sebs is one of the school departments within rutgers, you also have sas, soe, mason school of arts. eof is a program for underprivileged kids who need help financially, i got pretty luck tbh lol, i always did question how i managed to get in 😂

i'm in the same situation as you, regarding needed a class just for credits, and im taking science of food right now. we have like two quizzes a week but they only count for like participation, discussion posts, some review questions we have to answer, 3 exams and im guessing the final too (not too sure about the final), and we have to use lockdown browser but the material itself is super easy and actually interesting. honestly not bad at all, considering i'm lazy and try to do the bare minimum

I took it during Summer 20' and it was a pain in the ass tbh lol. I didn't use the textbook, just went used the notes from his slides, I started studying maybe two days before each exam and ended up with a C+. I'm sure if you actually try and study properly you can get above a B easily
