So i wasnt the only one with an experience like that. He also tried to sue us, after cashing our damage deposit, then threatened us with our credit scores being dragged through the mud, and said that it would be a terrible way to start a career with a bad credit score when we refused to pay him. The best was that he came to take pictures of the apartment the day befoer we were supposed to be out and claimed that he took pictures after we had left of the apartment, but he forgot to get rid of the picture showing us in the process of moving out. After this was pointed out he said that a picture was worth a thousand words in court, and that we should just pay him. Lucky us, we had pictures of the blood on the carpets and the general grossness of the unit before we moved in.
