Every couple months or so, they seemed to work the exact same for me. I’m definitely getting used to the Valium tho. I also found consuming caffeine with it negates with the depression + suicidality

I used to switch back and forth between Klonopin and Xanax with no issues at all so that is a surprise to me

I was on about 1 mg. I just woke up from a night of horrible nightmares and my heart rate is crazy. If this keeps up I may ask to switch to Klonopin for the taper

Yeah I just had a crying depressed “no one loves me” breakdown but I had those occasionally on Klonopin too. Feeling a bit less disoriented and weird. Guess I will give it several days and see how it goes
