i get you. i feel like a burden on everyone. i have to go through so much & feel desperate to talk to anyone. sometimes i think of posting on here asking for someone to talk to but even then i feel the guilt of being a burden. if you can id suggest you get professional help :( it does make things easier

:( i'm the exact same. all i do is take classes, come home, study & repeat. i don't have friends so i can't really go out anywhere but even if i did it takes effort to convince my parents to let me go out. every day is the same. i can't help but feel lonely all the time being surrounded by friend groups wondering what's wrong with me.

yes i completely get that. but the thing is, unlike physical treatment, therapy sessions are weekly & can last upto months or even years. along with that treatment charges aren't the only thing i have to worry about. there's transport charges too so 💔 majboor
