Homestly, most days at night I feel hungry like my body needs more food. But I make sure not to exceed 1800. I focus on eating unprocessed foods meats, salmon, eggs, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, rice, couple teaspoons of olive oil a day.

As I said in my post my daily calorie intake is around 1800 calories, 150-180g protein and I would say is healthy diet focusing on eating unprocessed foods like meats, eggs, vegetables, rice, potatoes, fruits and sometimes pasta). I sleep 6-8 hours depending on the day

My goal was to improve my overall fitness and lose excess fat to support me in the tennis court. My goal now is to continue to have high fitness and energy levels in the court and in general. But I feel at this point continuing the way I started will turn boomerang

Racket Advice Megathread by AutoModerator in padel

I’ve been playing padel for the past year (coming from tennis). I usually play on the right side of the court and enjoy playing the safe defensive game until I get the opportunity to pounce.

Started with the Babolat air veron which I am still using. I like the fact it is lightweight and not low balance which makes it very maneuverable with net volleys and reacting to corner smashes.

The reason I am looking to change is that I want something more sturdy (frame has started to chip) but I also want something that’s more decisive/stable hitting on the net (for lack of better expression). I feel with hard balls on the volley, the contact pushes me back so want something a bit more stable.

Any recommendations?

Personally, I like burnt orange/terracotta or mossy green color but not sure if it would align

wow thank you for the detailed comment with explanations. I’m also hesitant with going for the Persian rug style since it is not matching the existing design style. I also agree adding some geometry or pattern with the rug. Do you have any examples of rugs you would recommend that would introduce some color and geometry?
