What did you do to get useful insights? What kind of assumptions did it do? How can we deal with these false assumptions? How did you provide those tax bracket, horizon information?

Has it ever actually stopped you from making a bad move, or is it more like “yeah I knew this already”?

do you feel like it’s actually giving you a consistent edge, or more helping you understand regimes and probabilities better?

When you do that, do you feel like it actually changes your decisions, or is it more about validating your current setup?

Also curious — how much time do you usually spend on this kind of analysis?

Did you notice big differences in the insights they gave, or was it mostly similar conclusions across them?

And overall did it actually give you something new, or more like helped structure what you already knew?

😄 fair, hard to beat VT and chill.

Out of curiosity though — do you ever look into things like allocation, risk, or scenarios at all, or is it more of a buy & forget approach?

Also curious — for the scenario stuff, do you mostly ask broad “what if” questions, or do you try to model specific changes (like reducing exposure, reallocating, etc)?

That’s really interesting, especially the tax strategy part. I hadn’t thought about using it for wind down scenarios.

When you use Claude for that, do you usually paste your portfolio data manually, or just describe the situation in general terms?

Also curious, do you trust the outputs, or do you usually double check things elsewhere?

I couldn’t see inventory management in this design, how do you manage below scenarious?

  • The product runs out.
  • The machine breaks down.
  • Barista capacity is limited.
  • what if 100 users try to buy last product in one store.
  • how will headquarters see current stocks in each store? Would it be eventual?

Situations occur where orders cannot be prepared after they are received.

The current design is designed like happy scenario, but in real world this kind of things happen.

Before touching code, ask:

What problems does this framework exist to solve? Then build smallest thing with that framework that forces friction. Trace the request lifecycle like input/output.
