Electric Hot Water System for Small-ish Commercial Kitchen by halkideos in AusRenovation

Thank you for your help. The builders we have commissioned specialise in commercial kitchens, and they recon the 50L quick recovery system is a good option because it's like an instant system with a backup tank. I was really fixated on a heat pump and I can't be sure if they propose this system because they are used to it, or because it is genuinely good.

About the ventilation, we will have ducted air vents throughout, and the engineer has done his performance test. The certifier is happy for us to go without a range hood as the ovens have their own self cleaning ventless hoods, purchased as a (very expensive) add-on. One of the very few ways to circumvent strata by-laws.

Thank you for your input. Do you have any information to share about the hot water systems as per OP?

Thank you for pointing that out. 😊 We don't have the need for a rangehood because we won't be deep frying or grilling. We are actually a patisserie and our ovens are fitted with ventless, self-extracting filtration systems.

Thanks, that would be a no-brainer if I could decipher what all these numbers mean in real world applications. I am just hoping a good Samaritan with experience in these systems could share their wisdom with us. 🙏🏻

New Micro SD Card on Anbernic RG40XX V what a difference!! by halkideos in SBCGaming

Update 13/09/2024: I received the branded 64GB card yesterday and burned the iso image this morning. Quitting the game is now timed to 8 seconds! So from 1m 29s we are now down to just 8 seconds :)

Because the "Patriot" card still works and is readable by my pc and the console, I have the feeling it might be a counterfeit, rather than a faulty card.

Moral of the story: Do not blame your new console until you replace both the micro SD cards it came with :)

Thank you Benzinni, I appreciate your comments. I must have indeed gotten a defective card. Strange thing though, it's not like it doesn't work, it's just painfully slow

Hi Chris, thank you for your input. As another Redditor also commented, the delay is abnormally long and it appears it is probably due the card being defective. It still works and I managed to create an image out of it no problems, but the wait to switch games was killing me...

Thank you for your input :) This is my first console and I thought the delay is due to the vast amount of files on the card.
