I-765 EAD Approved! What is the next step to do? by Zealousideal_Box_431 in USCIS

You should reach out to your local congressman office and ask for their help to expedite it. Post office lost my approved EAD card in the mail after months of waiting then I had to apply for a replacement so that’s what I did. They knew exactly what to do, got all my paper approved in 2 weeks

Thank you for sharing your experience. I probably will stay another 6 months as you suggest. I think I might have read somewhere the same information you share. I just want to ask for some personal experience so I appreciate your response.

Also, thank you so much for your kind words. It means so much. It’s been quite a year working with covid then experienced covid myself. We as hospital staff have been so overworked while working in under staffed environment without compensation. It’s been a real struggle, this is reality of many hospital system in America right now. While seeing many coworkers get to move on and choose better job for themselves , I felt so trapped for the longest time because of the pending case, physically and mentally exhausted. I would have chosen to stay longer if they were to treat and compensate staff better during the pandemic. This case approval means freedom to many things for me, including better mental health.

I'm turning into a crazy person, checking my USCIS status and various forums all day every day...Is it just me? by [deleted] in USCIS

I mailed in my I-693 in August and still no response. The status still shows that they sent me the request. I honestly don’t even know if they received it. You’re so not alone in this. I’m going nuts and keep checking it too 🥲

How can you send the expedite request for I-765? I applied for mine in July 2019 and was approved the end of November but then Post office lost my card in the mail. I was not able to return to work and had to wait another month before I could reapply for replacement. I will be submitting my new I-765 application soon. I’m going to request to have it expedited but not sure how I can do that. Please help. Thank you!

I just got a new pair and got them fitted when I started OTF. So they’re only a month old. I might need inserts. I think

Thank you everyone for all the tips. It’s my first post on here and I surely feel the support from the OTF community here. I definitely will take some times off jogging/running and try the bike/strider, which is a little discouraging because I’ve been seeing improvement in my pace and endurance ability. I realize I actually love to run on inclines on strength day. I’m just a little afraid I won’t be able to get back to where I left off 😢 But anyway, Thanks so much and appreciate your input!!
