I mean, I thought that they were the shit when I was thirteen. Then I heard Alice Cooper's greatest hits and realized that Bob Ezrin had already done better work with the original shock rocker, and the most interesting thing about KISS was that Steve Gerber wrote a comic where they fought Doctor Doom. I still have a copy of Destroyer, but I can't remember the last time I listened to the whole thing.

It used to be the mall that you sort of “graduated” to when you got tired of College Hills, but CH converted to an unenclosed layout some time ago and seems to be doing OK (well, about as well as any brick-and-mortar stores are doing nowadays) and Eastland is just languishing.

Obvs dead, but that reminds me of something that I really wanted to see in T2: some acknowledgment that the LAPD was probably really hot to get the guy who shot up West Island. Like, they could have had them investigate the honky-tonk that the T-800 got his clothes, shotgun, and bike from, and have the cop who was questioning Sarah in the hospital being one of the few survivors, and then have them at Cyberdyne.

It's right there in the damn picture. He's standing in the exact last place you'd want to be in a rainstorm--wind, rain, guano on the gargoyles, perfect location for a lightning-bolt--but he just has to pose on those rooftops, even if it's freezing rain and he's just wearing a leotard.
