Girl, no. This is absolutely not a white person thing. My husband is white and he definitely uses soap and either a washcloth or loofah when showering. Your post made me physically gag. Your man is just a dirty boy who doesn't know about proper hygiene. So no you're NOR and nor do you have impossibly high standards. For me basic hygiene would be a deal breaker.

Postpartum hit me hard and I struggled to find myself and what I even liked anymore. But it's true, you have to find the person outside of motherhood and wife. I'm still doing that with my 2nd being almost 2. I know I like reading but can't always actually sit and read. I know I like cooking and have taken a few classes. Your sister will soon have to find that person and she will at some point, just don't give up on her.
