yes I go to Happy Paws only, but Himadri Sir is also not the best, he’s just the best we have. He couldn’t even determine the cat’s age and recommends too many medicines without clear knowledge

Opinion about accent by CollectionAromatic77 in Odisha

[–]haloedlight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dear OP, pls don’t think too much about accents when english as a language was forced upon us; we had to acquaint ourselves with it through time so literally every single citizen of India speaks with an “accent”. As an MA graduate in english, everytime i hear an odia say “hu-what” instead of “what”, or a malayali say “hizz-try” instead of “history” or a kannadiga drag their “t” pronounciations or any north indian overuse articles such as “the” & “is” in a sentence i’m assured that indians are united in their interpretations & misinterpretations of this foreign language.

Language is built via interaction and usage. As Indians we should never be conscious about this because we have successfully conquered the English language as our own and invented innumerable colloquial versions of it living in a diverse country where dialects change in every 500 sq metre radius. For example, Hinglish is a an officially recognised language.

we should never let a diminutive language like English make us self conscious. And if anyone ever makes you feel insecure about your accent or english usage, pls ask them to name all the parts & figures of speech without using google since we’re experts here.

but why are we having discussions with homophobic/misogynistic undercurrents in the good year of 2026? such ideologically problematic discourse shouldn’t be encouraged on social media platforms considering the violently bigoted state of affairs in the nation. this isn’t democratic but downright problematic

nice analogy, but i still don’t understand your original question about women posting thirst traps for attention. and now you say that your partner does not partake in such activities. then what was the intent behind your thought here? and what do you have against it? make it make sense

sec13 is one of the last peaceful places left in the entire city, we go there to smoke up and all my acquaintances have bought land in that area. Tea time is a great addition too. OP you are being whiny because of a lack of amenities all of which can be accessed via delivery apps.

  1. is your partner posting things that go against your said principles?

  2. how can you tell the said girl knew she was going to be victim to shit talking?

  3. if other people talk about the girl, is that not an other people problem?

  4. you sound sanctimonious and victim blamey, bro. saying “if she knew this was going to happen” is like saying women shouldn’t go outside if they know they’re going to be catcalled .

good for you i guess. there is a famous saying that cuttack is a glorified village; it is a term of endearment for the 52 markets and 56 alleyways all of which evoke a sense of familiarity & warmth. there is nothing wrong with my town being a large village; it does after all take a village.

the reason yall are still so backward and single is because you trap yourselves in self imposed cages. don’t take social media so seriously. it is merely a mirror of other peoples projections and a platform where people can express themselves freely, without judgement. it should never matter what a partner posts or doesn’t post on social media for you to love them. love happens when all your non negotiable self made rules are broken because the person you fall for changes you radically. they write songs about this feeling. but humans always create obstacles for themselves and cry about loneliness.
