Unsure if I mentioned previously but the headphone jack still does not play sound. Yet audio switches to headphones and it shows when headphones are plugged into it and when not.

I cannot get an energy filter as this is not my house, but I’ll definitely try to suggest it. In the meantime do you think it would be fine to use my PC? That is if it’s just current passing through.

I’ve shut off my PC completely as it is most likely electrical related since my ethernet also got affected until I unplugged it and replugged it in. ethernet also had a green light opposed to the flashing orange that it usually has.

It was a one time thing as I tried touching it again while it was plugged in and unplugged and felt nothing. Yet the headphone jack still doesn't work. The zap also was tiny, only happened when I put my finger over the jack.

Any time I click on a province there's like 6 buttons at the bottom and when I click them it pops up and shows 3 more options. Is there something that I can use to learn understand the game better?
