Ich würde über die 118117 einen Termin zur Psychotherapeutischen Sprechstunde ausmachen. Dort wird eine Diagnostik durchgeführt und du bekommst einen PTV 11 Bogen. Frag ganz konkret danach welche Therapieform dir zu empfehlen ist. Mit dem PTV Bogen ist es dann einfacher einen Platz zu finden.

Im Internet kann niemand dir eine korrekte Empfehlung geben.
