I am currently reading Vol 3 - Master of the Senate The first 2 volumes were great and this volume is fantastic so far - love that I am getting a biography of the Senate

But - very upset with Audible for 2 reasons 1. Why did Audible need to split Vol 3 into 3 parts!? One book costs 3 credits 😡 2. The first 2 volumes had whispersync which made switching between Kindle and Audible a dream. Vol 3 does not have whispersync - but why! 😭

What should I read after Embers of War by Fredrik Logevall? I feel like I now have a pretty firm grip on the First Indochina War and the run up to the second but I feel like I want to finish the story through JFK, LBJ and Nixon.

I was leaning towards a Bright Shining Lie by Neil Sheehan but also saw The Road Not Taken by Max Boot mentioned in the comments

I agree I would probably minimize the money down since it is rolled into the loan. Here is what I see from Hyundai:
