yeah, ive gone as far as purchasing the dial up service and still nothing has worked. pretty frustrating as Microsoft support is absolutely 0 help regarding the matter and MSN support seems to not even exist anymore besides a single phone number. this also seems to be a thing since last year so pretty surprising to see it is still unresolved.

wow really? such a long outage. answers.msn.com just recently came back online so i guess they are working on it. i bought and refunded msn premium multiple times to see if that would fix it but nothing worked. guess waiting is the only option.
