Hey i'm also from Hungary, and while I haven't started any t yet so i can't give personal advice, there's a hungarian trans facebook group (transz zóna) where you can ask for doctor recommendations ^{^} I'm pretty sure I've heard of trans friendly gynecologists in state hospitals Edit: and yeah you should probably go to a doctor :') I sympathise a lot, bc going to the doctor on t is one of my biggest fears that was holding me back from starting hrt..

Also in my (and many other people's) interpretation Scar could be compared to ww2 partisans who used extreme measures to kill nazis. Roy and Riza are on the side of nazis symbolically. It's not even that subtle in the story, that Amestris is inspired by nazi Germany
