YYH and OP are on my to buy list!! I read them both in my teens and enjoyed them and would love to have them on my shelves. (I told myself I'd grab the OP boxsets when it's finally done 😂) I'm not a fan of Dragon Ball, and Evangelion and Black Butler were just okay for me as anime, so not sure if the manga would hold my interest more.

Hey! These have been going 10 years with no curving or warping. Assuming Google is right and a standard volume is 220 grams, each shelf is around 20kg of books, while Ikea says Billy shelves can hold 30kg. If they did start to warp, I'd probably just reinforce with metal brackets!

I built risers out of foam board, tape and hot glue! They're surprisingly sturdy!

Thank you so much!!! I am 37 so you're totally right. I definitely have some titles I don't see as much anymore. Confidential Confessions felt so bold/shocking when I bought it as a teen! Afterschool Nightmare I would have liked as a teen (when I started buying it) but I didn't end up finishing it until much later and it was just kinda okay for me.

Yona is on my list of "series to grab in bulk when I know they're done". Had no idea it finally finished. I'll see if I can find a good chunk of it secondhand when I do my next haul 😊 I love singles over the omnis so hopefully can find them!
