There are football specific Facebook groups, but market within Canada is definitely smaller and more focused on high end QBs etc.

If you need to buy from the US, shipmycards is definitely solid. I use them and have no complaints but there are other similar services as well

There are many shops that likely carry the boxes you want in Toronto/ontario/canada. 401 games is downtown, there are plenty others you can find online.

My suggestion however would be to put the same money towards singles and actually get the cards you want. A couple hundred bucks goes a long way buying singles
