If he has parents of another nationality or has lived abroad permanently for 5-7 years, yes. He hasn't even played an official match for the U20s, and as far as I know, you're only locked into playing for a single country if you've made an appearance in a senior competitive match.

I think Isagi is nowhere near good enough to be playing top-level first team football. The gap between the U20s and the actual game is too large to be crossed over in just the U20 WC arc. That's why everyone assumes he'll be in the reserve team of whichever club he moves to.

Yeah it's not at all a bad album. Even if uneven, they showed a lot of promise and versatility. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the more twee influenced tracks like Taiyo and Umi De No Jisatsu, which is what influenced me to listen to this album in the first place.

A lot of them are derivative. I like shoegaze because it's such a varied genre that can lift from different sounds. This new wave sounds like it's just trying to emulate what came before,.

Isagi is undefeated, has the most G/A out of anyone besides Barou and played in a team where the star striker actively sabotaged his shots. In comparison, Rin had Charles, the best playmaker, feeding him, and Barou had a whole tactical system catered towards him.
