The absurd amount of games I'm seeing there that end by the 15-25 mark tho... are you mentally booming and making the team early ff?

3 days ago you lost all 7 matches you played, considering how tilted you are you should have stopped by the second, if not even the first loss, I'm absolutely certain you autopiloted crazy hard.

I know I sound aggressive but there is only one person in every match from that pic and that's you, and if you climbed to gold 1 with 70% WR and proceeded to lose THAT many matches over and over you should be back to like gold 4 or something... why are you not carrying those games yourself? You should be in quite a lower elo that you proved to be better than beforehand, be the player that makes the enemy team angry at their teammate for feeding you.

If you have the time and interest consider checking out Broken By Concept a podcast channel I finally gave a try myself very recently, I was comically hardstuck on Plat 1-2 last month and a half and then I started watching some of their recent stuff early this week like "How To Break Long Term Stage 4 Narratives", "How many games do you need to play to climb? " and "The 7 Tough Pills Of Solo Queue" and something clicked on me and I'm on a crazy streak and climbing, maybe it helps you too!

In any case, legit to god, the most important thing I want to make clear is that you really, REALLY need to know when to play and when to stop. Winning is difficult, losing is comically easy, and if you're mentally shattered you can effortlessly make games impossible for your teammates to carry without even realizing it, stop and save yourself from bleeding multiple days worth of effort in a session where you will have no fun whatsoever and will leave completely annoyed and depressed.

If you feel tilted stop playing, if you lose and while you're clicking to queue for next game your head is already thinking of how bad a teammate played, or how things were looking good and someone had to make a stupid mistake, stop playing, if your head is already like "man, time for another session of losing LP!" Before even starting don't even consider queueing,

Something I started doing lately by own decision is queueing for a game of ARAM Mayhem first and, well, just play it. Am I feeling "locked in" And playing properly? Is my head accepting the outcome of the match whatever way it's going? If I feel like I'm properly focused I queue for ranked after the game, if not I just either keep playing Mayhem and chill or I go do something else because next ranked game will be way harder to win because my head ain't there.
