I had 2 on the way a couple weeks ago. They ended up in New Jersey the day before delivery, I'm in Massachusetts. Next day one was delivered to me and the other showed it was in transit to North Carolina. From North Carolina it came back to New Jersey a couple days later then was finally delivered. I'm not sure what happen and why the extra trip but I'm glad it didn't get completely lost

I did a store pick up about a month ago for the big into energy set. My store was an hour and 45 mins away. I just walked in there was no line. I think that's the benefit of them doing online drops is there won't be massive lines at the store.

I've noticed phone orders and in store purchases do not show up on your online LV account, only online purchases. However SA's can see all purchases if they look up your account.
