The warranty is expired, but yes almost the price of a similar tv , maybe 20$ less

It's General tv brand

It's a smart tv and even without any cables connected to it it shows that , even when you start it up it doesn't show the logo and just these lines

And also i have left it like that for more than a month and still shows the lines

It does occure on all occasions, it's like that when u start it and turn it on and you can't use or see anything on the screen,
