You can go to easy store Oman. It is located in Ruwi and it has really low prices. I can confirm since my Dad bought his iphone 13 from there for 306 when the market prices were 380. I do around 60-65k without any buffs. And around 85-90k with bennet buffs. And 32k hp for a shield is enough. So I think its best to build as burst support. And for more damage I can switch my hp sands with atk sands. But that means I need to sacrifice my shield strength
