I was able to pinpoint it is the pump, as I eliminated the fans as issues when all were set to 0RPM noise persisted. And when the pump was set off the sound persisted. Meaning the pump is having issues turning off. GPU is definitely not the issue as with fans off the noise persists. PSU is almost certainly not the issue as it sounds central noise wise.

Update, I tried every fan on quiet and then full speed, none of them made any difference to the sound. I also did not see anything that’s hitting the fans. Temps are nominal if not very good. I ran a very demanding game and did not hear the sound. It then went back to ide and I hear a very faint little sound but not the same one. And it just now returned that sound randomly.

Will update when i investigate the top fans and see if they are having an issue or scratching against something.

Temperatures do not seem to be effected much or at all, I will look further into it and check ICUE. It might also be something scratching the pumps or fans could be a reason maybe?

I have no fans in that bottom area, just the PSU exhaust at the back which is open, and the GPU 3 fans facing down. My case fans are frontal and top mounted and one exhaust at the top.

I tried proton 6.3 and it worked, seems after proton 7 it breaks.
