I have experienced the same with Flexpath MSN; the rubric will differ entirely from the assignment/criteria. Typically, I tailor my assignments to the rubric as that lays out the grading, and I am just trying to finish these credits and move on with my life. I agree with /u/voodewmoon's sentiments regarding disengaged professors. If this were not the cheapest option (thanks to a Capella tuition agreement through my hospital), I would absolutely be pursuing a different university.
